Creative(CoE)team supports Aon business units across geographies with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support and operational support to client delivery. Its mission is to provide Aon sales, marketing and strategy teams with the information, analysis and insight necessary to make informed decisions across business development, client delivery and strategy

General description of role:

The Motion Production Designer plays a crucial role in elevating the visual storytelling capabilities of the global video production team within the Global Creative Team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating compelling graphics and motion assets that align with the Aon story and help communicate complex ideas clearly. The Motion Production Designer works closely with producers, editors, and other creative professionals to deliver engaging, high-quality content for diverse global audiences.

Job responsibilities:

Motion Design & Visual Storytelling:

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, presentations, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with Aon brand guidelines.
- Translate complex business messages into clear, dynamic visual stories for diverse international audiences.
- Evangelize and protect the Aon story by supporting understanding, activation, and consistent visual expression across creative deliverables.

Creative Collaboration & Production Delivery:

- Work collaboratively with Global Creative Team members to brainstorm creative solutions and execute visual concepts from inception to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with producers, editors,



and creative professionals to deliver engaging video and motion content aligned to project objectives.
- Build and organize video project files in a structured, efficient manner to enable seamless collaboration, version control, and handoff across the team.

Project Management & Quality Control:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving under tight deadlines and adapting to last-minute changes with professionalism.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset, reviewing deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and visual impact.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a collaborative team environment.

Innovation, Tools & Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in motion design, video production software, and AI-driven creative tools.
- Use emerging tools and workflow improvements to enhance creative quality, production speed, and global scalability.
- Support translated and international content needs by designing motion assets that can be adapted effectively across audiences and markets.
- Help foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Global Creative Team.

Skills/competencies required:

- Proficiency in leading motion graphics and video production software, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong graphic communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
- Experience designing motion graphics for videos, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Experience with AI production tools and delivering content for translated or international audiences is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual consistency, file organization, and production handoff practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing accurate work.




- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet daily deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach to collaborative problem-solving.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and proactive ownership of assigned work.
- Comfort working in a global, fast-paced, and collaborative creative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 7-9 years of experience in video production, motion design, or related creative production for global organizations, ideally in fast-paced settings.
- Experience working within a project management tool is critical.
- Proficiency in leading motion graphics and video production software, such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- English fluency required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting, both written and spoken.
- Experience with AI production tools and delivering content for translated or international audiences is a plus.
- Portfolio or video reel showcasing creative motion design work is required for consideration.
