About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support & IT Training Specialist to support learners and internal teams across Data Analytics, Data Science, Java, Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analysis, and Financial Analysis.

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, conduct live online training and mentoring sessions, troubleshoot software and programming issues, and help learners complete assignments and practical projects.

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and an interest in training and mentoring. Applicants are not expected to be experts in every listed technology, but they should have strong knowledge in core data and programming tools and be willing to learn additional domains.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

- Provide first-level technical support to learners and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Excel models, SQL queries, Python scripts, Java programs, development environments, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Assist learners with software installation, configuration, assignments, and technical projects.




- Identify recurring technical issues and create FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Escalate advanced issues to the appropriate subject-matter expert when required.

Training and Mentoring

- Conduct live online training, mentoring, and doubt-solving sessions through Zoom or similar platforms.
- Explain technical concepts clearly using practical examples, exercises, and real-world projects.
- Support learners preparing for technical interviews and client-facing discussions.
- Review assignments, projects, dashboards, code, and analytical work.
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Primary Technical Areas

- Data Analytics: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, data cleaning, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Data Science: Python, pandas, NumPy, statistics, exploratory analysis, and predictive-modeling fundamentals.
- Java: Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, exception handling, and basic API concepts.
- Python Development: Python fundamentals, automation, APIs, data structures, and debugging.
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: AI/ML fundamentals, supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, generative AI, and responsible-AI concepts.
- Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, SDLC, Agile, Jira, and documentation.
- Financial Analysis: Advanced Excel, budgeting, forecasting,



variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Core Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another reporting tool.
- Understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business reporting.
- Familiarity with Java, software-development concepts, and SDLC.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine-learning workflows.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to explain technical subjects to beginners clearly and patiently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may apply.
- Academic projects, internships, technical certifications, or training experience will be considered.
- Previous experience conducting online training or mentoring is preferred but not required.

Work Requirements

- Must be able to work full-time from the Ahmedabad office.
- Must be comfortable working the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
- Must be comfortable supporting learners and clients based in the United States.
- Must have reliable attendance, professional communication, and a willingness to learn multiple technical domains.
