We are hiring US/Canada Recruiters to join our growing team. We welcome freshers, experienced recruiters,



and candidates from International BPO backgrounds who are interested in building a career in Global Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US/Canada requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Use job portals, databases, and Boolean Search Strings for sourcing.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with MSP, VMS, Direct Source, and Direct Clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in US/Canada time zones.
- Positive sourcing and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Boolean Search is an advantage.
- Freshers and International BPO professionals are encouraged to apply.
