Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
Responsibilities
- Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDB
- Positive knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows/Flow Designer
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
