Role Overview

Rocket India is looking for a highly analytical and solutions-oriented People Systems Analyst II to configure, maintain and optimize HR technology platforms that enable efficient, secure and scalable people processes.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Finance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions, improve workflows, support system enhancements and ensure day-to-day operational stability. This role requires strong functional configuration experience with Workday, a solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to design practical, user-friendly solutions that improve the team member experience.

Approximately 30% of this role will focus on application and operational support, including system maintenance, issue resolution, access support and ongoing platform optimization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Configure and enhance HR system workflows to support current and future business needs
- Drive process automation and workflow improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Partner with HR, Finance and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Support ongoing HR system maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting and operational activities
- Document business requirements, system configurations, test results and technical/functional specifications
- Deliver functional demonstrations and walkthroughs for business review and approval
- Ensure data integrity, security controls, audit readiness and appropriate end-user access across HR platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, data quality and process effectiveness
- Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking and validation
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR technology processes,



reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy
- Provide application and operational support for HR technology platforms
- Mentor and support team members as needed, sharing system knowledge and best practices

Mandatory Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience supporting HR systems or working in a related HR technology role
- Functional configuration experience with Workday
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR systems and people operations best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional system solutions
- Proven ability to explain system design, dependencies, workflows and configuration logic to business users
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, solution design and collaboration skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
- Strong documentation skills, including requirements, test results and system configuration details
- Ability to support data integrity, access controls, audit requirements and system security practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms
- Experience with Docebo Learning Management Systems
- Project management experience, including leading initiatives from planning through completion
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies and regulatory practices
- Experience supporting HR system implementations,



enhancements or transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with HR data management, reporting, integrations or workflow automation
- Ability to mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing across HR technology teams
