1. Order Management & Supply Alignment

Manage the end-to-end order execution process, ensure optimal stock availability across plants and depots, and collaborate with production teams to maintain superior service levels and fulfilment efficiency.

2. Distribution Network & Market Expansion

Develop and strengthen a robust Pan-India distribution ecosystem, accelerate retail footprint growth, and drive enhanced visibility of secondary sales performance.

3. Sales Forecasting & Business Planning

Lead region-wise and crop-specific demand forecasting initiatives, aligning inventory and business plans with seasonal agricultural demand cycles including Kharif and Rabi.

4. Commercial Governance & Operational Excellence

Drive effective implementation of trade programs, maintain pricing integrity, optimize credit controls, evaluate scheme effectiveness, and improve business visibility through ERP and DMS analytics.

5. Team Development & Execution Leadership

Provide leadership to channel operations, sales coordination, and MIS teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.

Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Agri-Inputs, Agrochemicals, FMCG, or Rural Distribution, with a strong background in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, and Channel Management.





- Business Expertise: Proven track record in forecasting, inventory planning, distributor network management, and driving business growth in seasonal markets.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian agri-distribution ecosystem, crop cycles, and farmer-centric sales models. Experience in Bio-Fertilizers, Bio-Stimulants, or Specialty Agri-Inputs preferred.

- Technology & Analytics: Data-driven professional with hands-on experience in ERP, DMS, CRM, and sales analytics.

- Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership capabilities.
