Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into the websites, ensuring they remain current and effective for users.

Collaboration with different teams to align project goals and deliverables is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize web application performance and user experience.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Web Sphere Data Power.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition, Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Ability to work with XML, XSLT, and related web services technologies.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in web application development.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Web Sphere Data Power.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
