Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of various machine learning models and their practical applications.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.
- Capability to evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for improved accuracy and efficiency.
