Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.
He / She Support pulling operational app-related reports for both brands, Hyundai, Genesis and Digital Key. Support HMA in identifying root causes to common problem areas identified from customers complaints about SPA. Deliver weekly reports that include customer trends and sentiments based on data shared by customers through reviews in the app stores.
Deliver monthly reports that include customer trends and sentiments based on data shared by customers through reviews in the app stores. Deliver monthly reports for competitor benchmarking-based OEM ratings.
Continue to update list of Categories and Sub-categories as needed to show correct trends with customer reviews.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and maintain high standards of code quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Familiarity with integration of software components in distributed environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Good in oral / written communications and manage independently. Connected car experience is bonus
