We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in developing and implementing Service Now solutions, with a strong focus on customization and integration. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality Service Now applications that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure the Service Now platform to improve functionality and user experience.
- Integrate Service Now with other systems and applications as needed.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Service Now instances.
- Develop and maintain Service Now documentation, including design, architecture, and configuration documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to users of the Service Now platform.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Service Now development and administration.
- Solid knowledge of Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide Script) and workflow development.
- Experience with Service Now modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in Service Now ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes.
- Familiarity with Service Now integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now reporting and dashboards.
- Understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
