Job Description

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, finance, HR, and commercial teams.
- Lead executive planning, board presentations, leadership communications, and decision-support analysis.
- Establish governance frameworks, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Lead high-priority transformation, operational excellence, and business growth initiatives.
- Drive organizational change and ensure accountability for successful execution of key projects.

The Successful Applicant





The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or executive support roles, preferably within pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

They will possess strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, experience leading complex cross-functional projects, and the ability to support executive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
