Position: Parent Relationship Executive

Location: IREO Skyon, Sector 60, Gurgaon

Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Freshers: Can apply with good communication and computer skills

Fresher Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Job Timings

- Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Monday: Weekly Off

Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.

- Handle parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

- Coordinate with teachers and the school management to resolve parent concerns.

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding school activities and updates.

- Maintain accurate records and update parent information in the system.

- Assist with follow-ups, appointments, meetings, and other parent-related activities.





- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for parents and students.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in parent relationship management, customer service, front desk, counseling, or a similar role is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

- Good computer knowledge.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel is required.

- Pleasant personality with solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to handle parent queries patiently and professionally.

- Freshers with excellent communication, computer, and Excel skills can also apply.
