About the job

Key responsibilities:

Promote and sell our pet care applications and digital tools to pet parents, clinics, and pet
businesses.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value and ease of use of our
digital platforms.
Assist in onboarding new users and partners, ensuring a smooth adoption journey.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer success and retention.
Identify business opportunities and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly growth targets.
Act as a bridge between customers and the product team by providing feedback and insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, pet care solutions, and competitor products.

 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to explain digital products/Apps/IT tools in a straightforward and relatable way.

 Passion for pets and willingness to engage with pet parents and businesses.

 Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and target-oriented approach.
