- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsn
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit themn
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingn
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' valuen
- Display and market real property to possible buyersn
- Prepare necessary paperworkn




- Maintain and update listings of properties and inquiriesn
- Cooperate with the team, clients, developers, network consultants however needed.n
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing servicesn
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practicesn

Requirements and skills

- Proven working/sales experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executiven
- Based of and Residing in Ahmedabadn
- well-versed on geographical aspect of the cityn
- Proven track of successful sales recordn
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsn
- Robust sales, negotiation and communication skillsn
- Pleasant and trustworthyn
- MS Office, excel, powerpoint familiarity and adaptive to use real estate softwaren
