Roles and responsibilities

- Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting.n
- Ensure timely and accurate month end MISn
- Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L; schedulesn
- Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entriesn
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.n
- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function.n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.n
- Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure.n
- Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.n

Qualification, Experience/Competencies

n

- n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mustn
- Prior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferablen




- +10 years of relevant experience in GL domainn
- Exceptional people management skillsn
- Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Managementn
- Knowledge of automation, Quality improvementsn
- Ready to work as individual contributor as and when requiredn
- Experience in automation or transformation of F&A; processesn
