The role involves night shifts to support international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.n
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.n
- Provide fare quotes, process refunds,
and handle schedule changes.n
- Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.n
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.n
- Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.n

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.n
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).n
- Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.n
- Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).n
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.n
