We're Hiring | Group Finance Controller – Multispecialty & Quaternary Care Hospitals

Are you a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in healthcare finance and a passion for driving financial excellence? Join our team as Group Finance Controller and play a strategic role in shaping the financial performance of a leading healthcare organization.

Role: Group Finance Controller

n

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

* Lead financial consolidation, MIS reporting, statutory audits, and liaise with bankers and credit rating agencies.

n

* Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation requirements.

n

* Manage liquidity and working capital while ensuring smooth vendor payments for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and general vendors.

n

* Oversee accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger reconciliations, and financial controls.

n

* Drive process improvements, ERP transitions, automation, and real-time CFO dashboard reporting.

n

* Partner with COOs, Clinical Directors, Internal Auditors,



and department heads to support strategic decision-making.

n

* Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle, optimize insurance & TPA claims, reduce accounts receivable, and minimize claim denials.

n

* Mentor and develop finance teams across hospital units.

n

What We're Looking For

n

** Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

n

** Experience: 8+ years in financial management, including at least 3 years in a multispecialty hospital or healthcare environment.

n

** Technical Skills: Experience with Hospital Information Systems/Medical Billing Software, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.), and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

n
