Senior Python Engineer – Agentic AI / AI Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Coimbatore
Work Mode: Remote initially, Hybrid after 5–6 months

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer with 10+ years of software development experience to build scalable, production-grade AI-enabled applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid Python engineering fundamentals along with hands-on experience in LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build high-performance REST APIs and AI-enabled services.
- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and AI agents.
- Design agentic workflows, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge bases.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and external services.
- Develop asynchronous and distributed processing systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, observability, and security for AI systems.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture and standards.





Required Skills

- 10+ years of strong software engineering experience
- Excellent Python programming and architecture skills
- Strong experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask or similar frameworks
- REST API and microservices development
- Asynchronous programming and distributed systems
- Database integration — SQL/NoSQL
- Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions
- RAG and vector databases
- API/tool calling and workflow orchestration
- Production deployment and troubleshooting

Good to Have

Experience with one or more of:

- LangGraph
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini or similar LLM APIs
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, Chroma
