Role Summary: We are looking for a technically strong Infrastructure TPM to lead and drive strategic programs focused on Storage, Backup, and Restore technologies. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on understanding of contemporary storage protocols, backup solutions, and infrastructure automation, and will work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact programs. This role requires fluency in technical jargon and the ability to translate engineering progress into stakeholder-facing updates.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Lead infrastructure programs involving NetApp NFS for IPP NVKS, NVMe/TCP Pure Storage POC, and VAST Data storage infrastructure. Partner with engineering teams to drive technical execution and ensure alignment with business goals. Use Jira Align to manage program roadmaps, dependencies, and reporting. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across storage, backup, and cloud teams. Present technical program updates to US-based stakeholders in regular cadence meetings. Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution with technical depth. Ensure compliance with data retention, DR, and security policies. Knowledge on Cohesity would be a Major Plus

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills & Requirements: Storage & Backup Expertise: NetApp NFS (especially in IPP NVKS environments) NVMe/TCP architecture and deployment (Pure Storage POC experience preferred) VAST Data storage infrastructure Enterprise backup tools: Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity Deep understanding of RAID, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS Cloud & Automation: Cloud storage:



AWS S3/Glacier, Azure Blob, GCP Backup and DR in hybrid/multi-cloud environments Scripting and automation: Python, PowerShell, Ansible Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, SNMP Program Management Tools: Jira Align for agile program tracking and reporting Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Strong documentation and dashboarding skills (Confluence, Excel, Power BI)

Other Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in infrastructure program management with technical depth in storage and backup. Proven ability to work with engineering teams and speak their language. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications like PMP, Agile, or ITIL are a plus.
