Role Overview
NEST Career Labs is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of our training programs, student experience, internal operations, and day-to-day business activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, solving operational issues, and ensuring that every learner and trainer receives a professional experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and chat to resolve their queries related to the services.
2. Navigate and review solutions in real-time using a variety of tools.
3. Assist with identity verification and account security concerns as needed.
3. Provide exceptional support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Pay: ₹16,000.50 - ₹31,686.33 per month
Work Location: In person
