Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and supervise ongoing civil, interior and waterproofing works at project sites in Noida. The candidate should have practical site knowledge, the ability to manage workers and subcontractors, and good understanding of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil, interior and waterproofing work at project sites.
- Manage and coordinate workers, technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure work is completed as per BOQ, drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor site measurements, material requirements and daily work progress.
- Check the quality of waterproofing applications, surface preparation, coating, membrane, grouting and related works.
- Supervise civil activities such as plastering, brickwork, screed, concrete, repair and finishing works.
- Supervise interior activities including flooring, tiling, false ceiling, painting and other finishing works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers and management for solutions.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site safety, discipline and housekeeping.




- Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates regarding site progress.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing work completion reports.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of civil construction and interior works.
- Solid knowledge of waterproofing systems and leakage treatment.
- Knowledge of materials such as cementitious coatings, PU/chemical grouting, APP membrane, HDPE sheet, polymer coating, crack treatment and sealants will be an advantage.
- Ability to read basic civil drawings and understand BOQ.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Noida and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for site reporting.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with strong practical site experience may also be considered.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who has hands-on experience in civil site supervision + interior work + waterproofing work and can independently manage day-to-day site operations.
