Dastkar Living is a furniture and interior brand offering ready-to-buy furniture, customised furniture, and interior solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager to manage our showroom operations and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom & Store Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dastkar Living showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, presentable, and maintained according to the brand’s aesthetic.
- Coordinate the display of furniture, décor, and other products.
- Maintain proper records of showroom products, samples, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the production, design, and operations teams regarding orders and projects.

Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Explain product features, materials, customization options, pricing, and timelines.
- Follow up with potential customers and enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into orders wherever possible.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle both ready furniture sales and customised furniture/interior enquiries.

Custom Furniture & Interior Projects

- Understand customer requirements for customised furniture and interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and management.
- Follow up on quotations, measurements, designs, production, delivery, and installation.




- Keep customers updated about the progress of their projects.
- Ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to final delivery.

Store Administration

- Maintain daily sales and enquiry records.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Coordinate billing and payment follow-ups with the concerned team.
- Monitor stock and communicate requirements to management.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the showroom.
- Report daily/weekly showroom activities to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in retail, furniture, interiors, sales, hospitality, or customer service will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Basic understanding of sales and follow-up.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in furniture, interiors, décor, design, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is confident, well-spoken, organized, customer-friendly, and commercially aware — someone who can represent the Dastkar Living brand professionally and take ownership of the showroom.

Experience: Fresher or experienced both can apply
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and interview
Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview
Location: Janakpuri

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
