We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to support the planning and execution of production projects from start to finish. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, crew, and clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day production activities and project requirements.
- Assist in planning shoots, events, campaigns, and other production assignments.
- Coordinate with vendors, production crew, freelancers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage production schedules, logistics, equipment, locations, and resources.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and production budgets.
- Ensure all production requirements are arranged before execution.
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain production-related documentation, quotations, invoices, and records.




- Coordinate with the Client Management and Creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met throughout the production process.

Requirements:

- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule based on production requirements.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, events, content production, or a creative agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
