Raptor Supplies is a quick-growing industrial e-commerce company operating globally. We have built a highly customized internal platform that powers product data management, procurement, quoting, logistics, customer communication, workflow automation, and operational intelligence.

We are looking for an engineer who can go beyond traditional web development and build AI-powered business automation systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands LLMs, AI agents, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and modern AI infrastructure while also being capable of building production-grade applications.

Role Overview

As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain AI-driven systems that automate business processes across procurement, customer support, quoting, operations, email management, and internal workflows.

You will work directly with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Gemini, DeepSeek, Llama, etc.), build AI agents, integrate enterprise systems, and develop agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will own projects from architecture through deployment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Agent Development

- Design and build AI-powered business automation systems
- Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Build multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing tasks
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral, and AWS Bedrock models
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases
- Build AI workflows for email processing, customer communication, document analysis, data extraction,



and workflow automation
- Develop prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrail strategies
- Optimize AI systems for cost, latency, reliability, and accuracy

Backend Development

- Build and maintain scalable REST APIs using Node.js and Express
- Design integrations with third-party services and enterprise APIs
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure API architectures
- Develop event-driven and asynchronous processing systems

Automation & Integrations

- Integrate Microsoft Graph API, Gmail API, Outlook APIs, OAuth2, and other SaaS platforms
- Build workflow automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom orchestration systems
- Develop browser automation solutions using Puppeteer, Playwright, Browserless, or similar tools
- Connect AI agents with databases, CRMs, ERP systems, email platforms, and business tools

Frontend Development

- Build React.js dashboards and operational interfaces
- Develop monitoring and management interfaces for AI workflows and agents
- Create real-time reporting and analytics dashboards

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS
- Work with EC2, S3, Lambda, Bedrock, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, and related services
- Build scalable and production-ready AI infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and operational costs

Required SkillsMust Have

- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills
- Production experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
- Experience building AI-powered applications or automation systems




- Understanding of AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Tool Calling
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of prompt engineering and structured outputs
- Git and modern software development workflows
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- RAG architecture and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, OpenSearch)
- Model evaluation and observability tools (LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, DeepEval, Promptfoo)
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience with AI orchestration platforms
- Browser automation using Playwright or Puppeteer
- Workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier
- AWS Bedrock production deployments
- Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, reranking, and AI evaluation pipelines
- React Native or mobile application development
- Experience building autonomous operational systems using AI
