We are looking for a confident, experienced and practical Legal Professional who can independently handle the organisation’s legal matters, cases, documentation, compliance and coordination with advocates, courts and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and monitor civil, criminal, commercial, property and other legal cases.
- Draft and review legal notices, replies, agreements, contracts, MOUs and legal documents.
- Coordinate with external advocates, courts, police and government authorities.
- Provide legal advice to management and identify potential legal risks.
- Handle property, lease, contractual and dispute-related matters.
- Manage litigation records, hearing dates, orders and legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs/opinions.
- Handle negotiation, settlement and dispute-resolution matters.
- Ensure necessary legal and statutory compliances.
- Maintain complete and confidential legal records.

Candidate Requirements

- LL.B. with strong practical knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation/in-house legal work.
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.




- Positive knowledge of civil, criminal, commercial, property and contract matters.
- Confident in dealing with advocates, authorities and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently analyse an issue, suggest solutions and take necessary action.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple matters simultaneously.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in corporate legal, litigation, property matters, contracts, legal compliance and government authority coordination will be preferred.

Important: We need a hands-on legal professional who can take complete ownership of legal matters, rather than someone limited to documentation or basic legal assistance.
