Roles & Responsibilities-

Payroll

· Maintaining of Time Office activities like attendance recording system, leave with wages, Payroll, OT, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, & Maintenance of various records/register under provision of Factories Act 1948.

· Preparing of Net salary report, generation pay slips, incorporation payments like incentive

· . Arrears, deduction like salary advance, staff loan etc.

· Check over the generation of monthly salary slips, receiving and reviewing payroll changes, and related requests.

· Taking care of final settlement of employees-preparation of final settlement and follow up for payments.

· To check over the reimbursements and other claims by the employees

Recruitment

· Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.

· Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.

· Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.

· Advertising vacancies,



screening and short listing resumes.

· Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with Directors.

· Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

· Induction training of current joining.

Statutory/Legal Compliances

· Liaoning with officers in Labor Department, industries act

· Certification renewals

· Ensuring IATF documents and training.

Daily

- Ensuring availability of Daily wage labor, liasioning with labor contractor

- Following up with absentees

- Daily attendance

- Discipline action

Preference -

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 5 Year Experience in Manufacturing Industry

- Previous experience in Forging and Machining company

- Preferably from Punjab location.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
