Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site HR Manager to independently manage HR operations and employee services at our site in Rangpo, Sikkim. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial/site HR, statutory compliance, manpower management, attendance, employee welfare and HR MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Ensure 100% manpower availability at the site.
- Manage vacancies arising due to transfers or attrition and ensure replacement within 15 days.
- Arrange alternate manpower when employees are on leave for more than 6 days.
- Ensure availability of uniforms and ID cards for all employees.
- Coordinate employee accommodation and transportation facilities.
- Ensure pre-employment medical examinations for labour and staff.
- Prepare and publish the monthly training calendar and ensure employee participation.
- Maintain daily attendance and manpower records.
- Manage NH/SL/CL/Compensatory Off updates as per the applicable Factory Act requirements.




- Handle employee enrolment under ESIC and EPF and ensure timely remittance of applicable challans.
- Prepare daily and monthly HR MIS, including manpower, man-days, wages, overtime, EPF and ESI details.
- Coordinate with site management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain proper employee documentation and HR records.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Site HR / Plant HR / Industrial HR.
- Candidates from Oil & Gas, Chemical, Paints, Refinery, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing or Pharma industries preferred.
- MBA in HR is preferred; graduates with relevant experience can also apply.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and site HR operations.
- Should be comfortable working independently at a site location.
