Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer – Mechanical to ensure quality compliance and inspection activities for a large-scale Data Centre project. The candidate should have strong experience in mechanical QA/QC, preferably in Data Centre / Mission Critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage mechanical QA/QC activities at the project site.
- Inspect HVAC, piping, fire-fighting and other mechanical installations as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and quality procedures.
- Conduct material inspections and verify MIR/WIR documentation.
- Carry out inspections of installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and project teams for quality requirements.
- Identify and monitor NCRs, observations and corrective actions.
- Verify work execution against approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test records and quality documentation.




- Support testing & commissioning and ensure proper quality records are maintained.
- Participate in quality audits and client/consultant inspections.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Assist in preparation of as-built documentation and project handover dossiers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of Mechanical QA/QC experience.
- B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering.
- Data Centre / Mission Critical project experience is preferred/required.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, piping, fire fighting and mechanical systems.
- Experience with ITP, MIR, WIR, NCR, inspection and testing documentation.
- Good knowledge of drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale MEP projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
