Job Title: Technical Manager (AI)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, forward-thinking Technical Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution, modern AI efficiencies, and business strategy. You will oversee a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, masters modern AI-assisted development tools, and has a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

· Guide architectural decisions, system design, and technology stack selection for scalability and performance.

· Enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, modern version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Drive AI adoption across the engineering lifecycle to accelerate code generation, debugging, and system prototyping.

· Resolve complex technical bottlenecks and safeguard product security and data compliance.

Team Management & Mentorship

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and developers.

· Upskill the team on up-to-date AI development tools to maximize productivity and code quality.

· Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and facilitate career development opportunities.

· Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive engineering culture.

Project Delivery & Operations

· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Define project scopes, timelines, resources,



and budgets in alignment with product management.

· Track team velocity and delivery metrics to ensure continuous improvement and predictable releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

· Version Control & Collaboration: Advanced proficiency with Git and cloud hosting repositories like Git Hub for branching strategies, pull requests, and codebase management.

· AI Developer Tools: Daily hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered IDEs and coding assistants, specifically Cursor and GitHub Copilot, to optimize workflows.

· Front-tier AI Knowledge: Deep familiarity with integrating or utilizing commercial AI models and large language models (LLMs) such as Claude (Anthropic), Gemini AI (Google), copilot, and OpenAI GPTs.

· Technical Stack: Proficient in Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS/Azure.

· Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.

· Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualification

· Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

· Proven experience taking software products from prototype to production at scale using AI-accelerated workflows.

· Experience scaling enterprise-level cloud applications.

Pay: ₹736,310.15 - ₹2,000,460.44 per year
