Social Media & Creative Executive – Leax Spaces

Salary: ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Leax Spaces is looking for a creative, confident and well-spoken Social Media & Creative Executive to independently manage our social media, SEO and digital content.

Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Visit specific locations, properties and commercial spaces to shoot photos, videos and create engaging Reels.
- Independently plan, shoot, edit and publish social media content.
- Create Reels, videos, posts, stories, carousels and promotional campaigns.
- Design skilled graphics and property marketing creatives.
- Handle basic SEO, keyword research and website content.
- Research trends and develop fresh content ideas.
- Maintain a premium and consistent visual identity for Leax Spaces.




- Track social media performance and improve content based on results.

Requirements

- Excellent communication in English and Telugu; Hindi preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canva, CapCut and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong creative and visual design skills.
- Comfortable travelling to different locations in Hyderabad for content creation.
- Basic photography, videography and video-editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of content.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.

Compensation

₹25,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.
