# Print Packaging Executive / Specialist

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Print Packaging Executive / Specialist* to manage end-to-end packaging artwork development, pre-press coordination, print quality, and vendor management.

The role will work closely with *Brand, Marketing, Packaging Development, Procurement, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing, and external suppliers* to ensure timely artwork approvals, accurate print reproduction, packaging quality, and successful product launches.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage packaging artwork for new product launches, renovations, promotions, and compliance updates.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and artwork agencies for artwork development and approvals.

* Maintain artwork repositories, version control, approvals, print-ready files, shade cards, and colour standards.

* Manage printing cylinders, plates, and tooling for *Flexographic, Offset, and Rotogravure printing*.

* Review print separations, proofs, print-ready PDFs, and print specifications before production.

* Approve shade cards, colour standards, and print proofs.

* Conduct print trials and identify corrective actions for quality improvement.

* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, colour standards, and packaging specifications.

* Develop and qualify alternate print packaging suppliers.

* Evaluate supplier technical capabilities and coordinate print trials with new vendors.

* Support packaging launches, promotional packs, and NPD initiatives.

* Coordinate with Packaging Development,



Procurement, Quality, SCM, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely project execution.

## Requirements

* 3–7 years of relevant experience in *Print Packaging, Packaging Development, Pre-Press, or Artwork Management*.

* Experience with *Versatile Packaging, Corrugated Packaging, and Folding Cartons/Solid Board*.

* Hands-on knowledge of *Flexo, Offset, and Rotogravure printing processes*.

* Strong understanding of pre-press and print production.

* Knowledge of colour management and shade matching.

* Experience with print cylinder and plate development.

* Ability to review and approve print-ready PDF files.

* Knowledge of packaging materials.

* Proficiency in *Adobe Illustrator* and artwork approval tools.
