About the Role

Bajaj Finance is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Officers to join its Merchant Acquiring team in Chandigarh. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales, merchant acquisition, fintech and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new merchants and business partners.
- Visit prospective merchants and explain Bajaj Finance merchant solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing merchants.
- Achieve monthly business and acquisition targets.
- Generate leads through market visits, references and local networking.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of merchants.
- Coordinate with internal teams for activation and service-related requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent merchant support.
- Track daily activities, leads and business performance.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, NBFC, fintech, merchant acquisition, POS, payments or field sales will be preferred.
