Job Description – HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible exclusively for talent acquisition and recruitment activities, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various functions.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist qualified candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-up at every stage.
- Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.




- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker/MIS covering open positions, candidates, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Support employer branding and other activities that improve the organization's ability to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed time-to-hire and hiring targets.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS, and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality of hire and timely closures.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
