Position: Bartender
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages.
- Ensure proper presentation, garnishing, and quality of drinks.
- Take beverage orders and provide excellent guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Monitor and maintain bar stock, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
- Follow proper pouring and portion-control standards to minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate stock and consumption records.
- Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
- Ensure all bar equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before service.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and applicable liquor regulations.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service and Kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.




- Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, pub, or bar.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar operations.
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and measurements.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic POS and billing knowledge.
- Good knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
