- Ensure that the company is compliant with Health and Safety Policy and legislation including completion of risk assessments as required
- Being the first point of contact for scheduling and supervising callouts with contractors, including regular emergency repairs and maintenance (eg, plumbing, water coolers, lighting etc)
- Preventative maintenance and repair of plumbing, patching and painting offices, hanging pictures, shelves, keeping roof drains clean
- Handles emergencies on an on-call basis as needed and acts as liaison with building management

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
