KRAs – Asst. Designer

1. Designing of Garments.

2. Sketching.

3. Giving directions to khakha masters.

4. Forecasting colors for upcoming season.

5. Developing new embroidery techniques for hand & machine embroidery.

6. Research & development designs for upcoming seasons.

7. Keeping follow ups with vendors for samples.

8. Giving direction to masters for pattern & muslin.

9. Managing production sheets, swatches file & patterns.

10. Keeping follow up with stitching department for samples, till finishing.

11. Giving final finishing to the garments.

12. Design detail & specifications issuing to the merchants.

13. Guiding merchants for developing current order swatches.

14. Doing R&D; for creating samples.

15. Fabric selection & dying programs.

16. Working with P.P. master on pattern and construction of garment making.

17. Once Embroidery swatch and design approved, putting on the production.

18. Explain designs to vendors.

19. Giving training to assistant designers and interns for design and production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
