We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Career Counsellor/Telecaller to guide prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess strong telecalling, counselling, and sales conversion skills with the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Provide counselling regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
- Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and convert leads.
- Confident in handling follow-ups and objection management.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency preferred.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
