Job Description: Sales Associate - Jewelry

Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to suit their preferences and occasions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Assistance: Guide customers through the sales process, answering questions, providing recommendations, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Invoicing and Computer Skills: Utilize our computer system to process transactions, generate invoices, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring that every customer feels valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, including arranging jewelry displays and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:





- Previous Retail Experience: Experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional service.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for customers.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in handling transactions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
