Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.
- Ensure food presentation and quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and workstations.
- Refill display counters and monitor stock availability.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th Pass / PUC or equivalent.




- 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality environment.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Knowledge of Kannada, English, Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage.

- Cash handling and billing knowledge.
- Basic coffee and beverage preparation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
