Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads—engaging with potential clients over the phone, answering queries, and converting leads into appointments through our CRM system. Your goal is to help people start their recovery journey with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Handle and follow up on inbound leads from various digital platforms and referrals.
- CRM Usage: Efficiently track, manage, and update all lead interactions and sales activities using our CRM.
- Sales Conversion: Understand client needs, explain our services clearly, and convert inquiries into confirmed physiotherapy appointments.
- Follow-ups: Execute timely follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to maximize lead conversion and reduce drop-offs.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge to ensure excellent service.




- Collaboration: Work closely with clinic staff and therapists to coordinate scheduling and client handoffs.

Requirements

- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or appointment setting (healthcare or wellness industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of physiotherapy or healthcare services is a plus (training provided).
