Salary- 20K- 25K INR

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and confident Placement Coordinator to manage and expand student placement opportunities with external organizations in Canada, including long-term care homes, retirement residences, and daycare centres.

This role involves handling virtual meetings with partner facilities, presenting the college, building solid relationships, and successfully onboarding organizations for student placements through formal agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with external facilities across Canada for student placement opportunities
- Attend and lead virtual meetings with facility representatives
- Present the college’s programs and student capabilities in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations
- Convince and onboard facilities to accept students for placements
- Facilitate and follow up on placement agreements and contracts
- Coordinate placement schedules between students and facilities




- Communicate placement confirmations, requirements, and updates to students
- Maintain accurate records of facilities, contacts, and placements
- Ensure smooth execution of placement processes through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal academic and administrative teams

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently handle international calls and virtual meetings
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (IST) aligned with EST time zone
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets, Email)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Experience with cold calling and lead conversion
- Prior experience working with international clients (Canada preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
