Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and solid technical leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and mentoring Salesforce development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce development and technical implementation activities.

- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Lead technical design and architecture discussions.

- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Review code and ensure Salesforce development best practices are followed.

- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and support team members.

- Leverage AI development assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.





- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce development and customization.

- Proven experience in technical leadership or leading Salesforce teams.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with AI development tools, such as GitHub Copilot.

- Strong mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience leading Salesforce projects, interacting directly with business stakeholders, and guiding development teams are preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
