We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tour Consultant who can convert enquiries into memorable holidays. If you love travel and love selling, this is your dream job.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Consultation

- Handle inbound enquiries via Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Walk-ins
- Understand customer needs and suggest best Domestic / International packages
- Prepare customized Itinerary, Costing, and Quotations
- Close bookings and achieve monthly sales targets

2. Operations Coordination

- Coordinate with DMCs, Hotels, Airlines for bookings
- Prepare vouchers, day-wise itinerary, and travel guidelines for customers
- Coordinate with Visa & Ticketing team for smooth execution

3. Customer Relationship

- Build long-term relationship with customers for repeat & referral business
- Post-tour follow-up and review collection
- Handle customer queries before, during, and after the tour

Required Skills:





- Must have 1+ year experience as Tour Consultant / Travel Agent / Sales in Travel
- Excellent knowledge of International Destinations - Thailand, Bali, Malaysia, Dubai, Europe preferred
- Strong communication & convincing skills in Tamil, English, Malayalam/Hindi will be an added advantage
- Ability to prepare tour itinerary & costing
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of Computer, Email, WhatsApp Business
