Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct preliminary inspection of vehicles and identify visible issues.
- Prepare accurate job cards with complete customer and vehicle details.
- Explain the required service, repair work and estimated costs to customers.
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repair work.
- Coordinate with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Monitor the progress of repair and servicing work.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to manufacturer/company standards.
- Review completed jobs and ensure all customer complaints are properly addressed.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.




- Explain completed work, replaced parts and service charges to customers at the time of delivery.
- Coordinate with the Cashier/Accounts team for billing and payment completion.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
- Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, service packages and other after-sales products.
- Maintain customer records and update service information in the CRM/DMS.
- Achieve assigned customer satisfaction, service revenue and upselling targets.
