Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
- Plan daily menus based on available ingredients and staff preferences.
- Purchase or coordinate the purchase of groceries and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow proper food-storage and food-safety practices.
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
- Maintain basic records of groceries and kitchen expenses, where required.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Report shortages, equipment problems, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
