1. Garment Selection & Production Planning
- Select garments based on buyer requirements, seasonal trends, and company standards
- Plan production timelines and coordinate with production teams
- Ensure timely delivery through effective supplier and buyer coordination
2. Measurement & Specification Compliance
- Ensure garments are developed as per approved spec sheets and measurement charts
- Conduct regular quality and measurement checks during sampling and bulk production
- Maintain consistency in fit, quality, and finishing
3. Market Research & Product Development
- Conduct market research to track latest fashion trends and customer preferences
- Assist in product development and recent design concepts
- Provide inputs for improving product range and competitiveness
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
