Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify potential clients through field activities and lead generation.

2. Pitch company services and solutions to prospective clients.

3. Conduct client meetings and on-ground business development activities.

4. Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful sales.

5. Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.

6. Achieve assigned sales targets through field and office-based efforts.

Skills & Competencies Required

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

2. Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.

3. Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.

4. Willingness to engage in field work and learn through practical exposure.

5. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.

Eligibility Criteria:- Open to freshers and undergraduates.

Additional Requirements:-

1. Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) for field visits.

2. Candidate must have a personal laptop.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
