Job Description:
The Manager - Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at Axis Max Life Insurance. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different teams within the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training content and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Manage administrative tasks related to training, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.




- Lead training initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods.
- Ability to analyze training needs and assess employee performance.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
