About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern / Business Development Executive who wants to build a career in industrial sales and business development.

Responsibilities

- Visit industrial areas and factories for lead generation
- Meet potential customers and introduce company products/services
- Generate inquiries and follow up with clients
- Coordinate for quotations and order discussions
- Maintain daily visit and lead reports
- Support business expansion activities

Eligibility

- Fresher or 0–2 years experience
- Positive communication skills
- Confident personality and willingness to travel locally




- Diploma / B.Tech / MBA Marketing students can apply

Compensation

- Fixed Stipend/Salary: ₹5,000 per month
- Attractive Commission on confirmed orders
- Travel allowance (if applicable)
- High earning opportunity based on performance

Incentive Structure Example

- 1% to 3% commission on successful business/orders
