Job Description:

- Assist customers and provide excellent service at the outlet.
- Promote and sell perfumes and related products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall outlet performance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall outlet cleanliness.
- Handle billing and payment processes as required.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Education / Qualification:

- S.S.C. or H.S.C. Passed.

Preferred Candidate:

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales or perfume sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work in a retail/outlet environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
